Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PRD Wizard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Novalytix UG ("we", "us").

2. The service

PRD Wizard is an AI-powered tool that generates Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) based on information you provide. PRDs are generated using third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose — review all output before acting on it.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at niels@novalytix.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PRD Wizard.

4. Credits and payment

• PRD Wizard operates on a pay-as-you-go credits model. Each credit unlocks one PRD.
• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you unlock a PRD.
• All payments are processed by Mollie. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they represent immediate access to a digital service. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
• Unused credits do not expire.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PRD Wizard to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service at a scale that disrupts normal operation
• Circumvent any payment or credit mechanisms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: PRDs you generate belong to you. You retain full ownership of the output and may use it for any lawful purpose.

Our content: The PRD Wizard platform, design, and underlying code are owned by Novalytix UG. You may not copy or redistribute the platform itself.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PRD Wizard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We are not liable for any decisions made based on generated PRDs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of PRD Wizard shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
